Culver Center of the Arts

Free Admission

Thursday, June 2, 2016, 8pm

Student recital for MUS 256 Electronic Music Seminar.

The works presented by the students explore interdisciplinary and interactive electronic music using a variety of methods, including pitch and amplitude tracking, motion tracking, algorithmic and generative music, and custom midi controller interfaces. Visuals, movement, and sound collide into a unique combination

All of the pieces were assembled and produced at the Culver Center's in house facilities, including the dance studios and ARTSblock's new electronic music studio, the Outpost Foundry.

Support has been provided by UCR College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (CHASS) and the City of Riverside
